Links to charities for Helping Haiti

Below are some links with descriptions of a couple legitimate charities to donate money to the effort to help the survivors of the earthquake in Haiti.

"On January 12, 2010, Port-au-Prince, Haiti was struck by a 7.0 magnitude earthquake. The massive devastation to the island nation has left Haitians in a deepened state of turmoil. This page was developed to keep media, medical professionals, and interested individuals informed of immediate and future relief services to Haiti by Medical Missionaries. St. Joseph Clinic in Thomassique, Haiti, is located approximately 80 miles from Port-au-Prince. Shockwaves were felt at the clinic but no structural damage was reported by our clinic staff. Medical Missionaries is actively organizing medical and surgical teams to deploy to the region and offer assistance and medical supplies. Monetary resources are greatly needed to effectively and promptly respond to this natural disaster."
